Hotel Booking for NexoPOS 6.x

Hotel Booking turns your NexoPOS installation into a complete property-management tool. Manage rooms, take reservations, price them dynamically, bill guests through the POS, and keep your availability in sync with the OTAs you already sell on — all inside the NexoPOS dashboard, with no external service and no extra subscription.

Rooms

• Room list with search and filters, full create / edit / detail screens
• Status workflow: available, occupied, maintenance, cleaning, unavailable

Reservations

• List view and an interactive booking calendar
• Per-night (daily) or hourly bookings
• Automatic night count and total price from your pricing rules

POS & payments (native NexoPOS integration)

• The outstanding balance of a booking is pushed to the register as a dedicated service product
• Payments taken at the POS update the booking automatically; a booking is marked paid once fully settled
• Uses the standard NexoPOS order and payment system — reporting, cash register and receipts all work as usual

PDF invoices

• One-click invoice per booking, with optional inclusion of the guest's POS orders during the stay
• Configurable hotel logo, invoice number prefix, tax number and footer
• Preview, download, email to the guest, and bulk generation
• Rendered with the PDF engine bundled in NexoPOS — nothing to install

External calendar sync (iCal / CalDAV)

• Import reservations from Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, Expedia, or any iCal URL
• Automatic sync every 15 minutes, configurable per source
• Export your bookings as iCal feeds (all rooms or per room) to push availability back to the OTAs, Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar
• Full import history with per-run statistics and conflict detection

Permissions & roles

• 28 granular permissions across rooms, bookings, pricing, calendars and invoices
• A ready-to-use Hotel Manager role that bundles everything needed to run the property (including the customer, product and POS permissions)
• Every permission is granted to the admin role on install

Requirements

• NexoPOS 6.2.x
• PHP 8.0.2+
• No external Composer dependency. The module is fully self-contained.

Installation

1. Dashboard → Modules → upload the ZIP.
2. Click Enable and run the migrations when prompted.
3. php artisan cache:clear

That's it. Migrations create the database tables, the permissions, the Hotel Manager role and the POS service product automatically — there is no manual setup step. A hotel:uninstall command cleanly removes everything if needed.
